What kind of credit do I need?
MerchantPlus is a registered ISO of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, one of the
most respected merchant banks in the world. With our experience in
supported Internet and MOTO merchants, we can generally approve nearly
all types of credit and non restricted businesses in the US. Keep in
mind, there is a no-risk guarantee associated with all of our accounts
-- if we cannot approve your application, there is no obligation and no
cost to you. And as MerchantPlus never charges setup fees, you can be

What are the rates and fees?
The cost of accepting credit cards includes certain bank charges, normally
called discount rates. The discount rate is the percentage of each transaction
that the processing company charges to handle the transaction for you. Because
of MerchantPlus' direct relationship with multiple banks, the discount rates
we can negotiate for you are exceptionally
low. top
How long does it take to set up an
account?
Most accounts are approved within 24 hours of receiving all necessary paperwork.
Once approved, we will immediately inform you of your acceptance and deliver
the terminal equipment or software. top
How do I apply?
You can apply instantly using our secure
online application process. After completing the application, complete
with an online digital signature, you will be asked to fax in a copy of a voided
check for our processor's records. During the
application process, you can click for a live operator, who will help you fill
out your form and answer any questions you may have. top
What cards can I accept?
MerchantPlus automatically configures your account to accept Visa,
MasterCard and bank ATM cards. During the application process, we can
also help you apply for accepting American Express and/or the Discover
card. Please note
that these card brands require separate approved and that the fees are
set directly by American Express and Discover, respectively.
MerchantPlus does not surcharge any fees from American Express or
Discover. top
How do I get paid from credit card
sales?
Credit card sales are deposited directly into the checking account you specified
during the application process.top
How long does it take for funds to
transfer to my account?
Funds are deposited into your checking account within 48-72 business hours. top

How will I receive my statements?
You will always receive a month end statement via postal mail. This details
all transactions, deposits and charges to your account via the processing
month. We also have online access for our merchants, available for a small
monthly fee, if you require instant access for your accounting and management

What is your policy regarding
international shipping and transactions?
Due to the high risk of fraud and chargebacks on international shipping of
merchandise, MerchantPlus requests that its merchants be especially careful
when shipping internationally. If you will be shipping internationally, please
contact a MerchantPlus representative for suggestions on how to help protect
yourself from fraud. Remember, if you are shipping any kind of product within
the U.S. or internationally, MerchantPlus recommends using delivery confirmation. top
