For Starter Accounts: To update your current bank account information where you receive deposits and have monthly dues deducted, please log into your portal. Once you have logged in, you will see a tab labeled " Bank Information" click on the tab and all of your current banking information will be displayed. Simply type in the required bank account information to the corresponding fields and click save, your information will then be updated.
For Advanced Accounts: To update your current bank account information, please go to our account forms page which you will locate under the " Documentation" tab in the Â "Get Help" section. Click on the Bank Account Change form , complete with all required bank information then sign. You can either fax or scan and email the form back to MerchantPlus. We will confirm once the update has been made to your account, which usually takes 24-48 hours.
For Enterprise Accounts:Â Please contact MerchantPlus for further assistance in updating your bank account information.
